Tools, templates and manuals

Several tools, templates and manuals have been developed to help you with sampling and data storage and retrieval. These are:

An Excel template file with instructions for for uploading your field sample data.
If you work in the Netherlands, you may have Rijksdriehoek (RD) co-ordinates rather than UTM co-ordinates. This rd_utmconv.xls file allows you to convert your RD co-ordinates to UTM co-ordinates.
Check the international two-letter country codes.
Check our water type abbreviations, these are also used in HyCA.
Manual providing instructions on sampling procedures and field analyses (under construction).
HyCA is an excellent tool for the management, presentation and analysis of water quality data in 4D. It allows import of analytical data from Excel spreadsheets and a basic HyCA Excel template file is available for download.
